Dry Fire Mag (GLOCK 17/19) Training Kit
Compatibility
This training system is compatible with the following handguns:
- Glock 19 (Generations 3-5)
- Glock 17 (Generations 3-5)
- PSA Dagger

BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE TRAINING SYSTEM:
- Ensure your firearm is completely unloaded.
- Remove all live ammunition from the area.
- Check both the magazine and the chamber to confirm they are empty.
- Follow all firearm safety protocols at all times.

STRIKER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
- Select the correct striker for your Glock generation (marked on the side).

Assemble the striker:
- Slide the striker's sleeve and the striker spring onto the striker.
- Compress the spring and lock it in place using the striker cups.
INSTALLING THE LASER CARTRIDGE
Follow the laser cartridge manufacturer's guidelines. Below is a general installation method:

Prepare the firearm:
- Pull back the slide.
- Pull the takedown toggle down.
- Pull the trigger.
- Remove the slide.

Remove internal components:
- Take out the recoil spring.
- Tilt the barrel out.

Insert the laser cartridge:
- Firmly place the iDryfire Short Flash Laser Boresight cartridge into the barrel.
INSTALLING THE TRAINING STRIKER

Remove the stock striker assembly:
- Depress the striker sleeve using a small flathead screwdriver or punch.
- While holding the sleeve down, remove the slide cover plate.
- Take out the stock striker assembly.

Install the training striker:
- Insert the training striker into place.
- Reinstall the slide cover plate while holding down the striker sleeve and extractor spring plunger.

Test the laser:
- Pull back and release the training striker.
- If the laser does not activate, push the cartridge further into the barrel.
INSTALLING THE TRAINING MAGAZINE

Ensure proper trigger function:
- Push the trigger bar forward.
- Insert the training magazine.
- Pull the trigger to verify that the training magazine resets the trigger bar properly.

Start training:
- Rack the slide once to begin.
- After the initial rack, no further racking is required—simply pull the trigger repeatedly for continuous training.
