Does it work with a regular dry fire laser?
NO. The Trigger reset works only with the SMARTEST Short Flash Dry Fire Laser.

Does it reset like a real Glock trigger?
Yes. The system is built to provide a realistic reset cycle for dry fire training without manually racking the slide after each shot.

Do I need the laser to use the magazine?
No. The magazine works on its own. The laser adds visible shot confirmation and makes target-based or simulator-based training much more useful.

Will this work with iDryfire and iMarksman?
Yes. It is designed to work with iDryfire targets and iMarksman simulators.

Will this damage my firearm?
No. The system is designed for safe dry fire practice and does not require live ammunition.

Why It Matters

Basic dry fire builds mechanics.

• Pull
  The initial action of applying pressure to the trigger. As you pull, you engage the internal mechanism of the firearm, moving the trigger blade backward and beginning the firing process.

• Break
  The point where trigger resistance suddenly drops and the sear releases the hammer or striker, firing the gun. This moment is often described as feeling like the “breaking” of a rigid material.

• Reset
  After the shot, maintaining contact with the trigger while slowly releasing it will lead to the reset point—where the trigger and sear re-engage. This reset is usually felt and heard as a distinct “click,” especially in semi-automatic firearms, signaling the firearm is ready to fire again.

• Pull (Subsequent Shots)
  Once reset, you can pull the trigger again to fire the next round. The trigger pull distance for follow-up shots is shorter because you only need to release the trigger to the reset point.

• Muscle Memory Practice
  Repeatedly practicing this sequence—pull, break, reset—develops muscle memory. Over time, this helps you maintain consistent trigger control, improve accuracy, and perform faster follow-up shots without conscious effort.
